Students should attend lessons at the same time every week.
Flexible monthly private lessons can be arranged if you cannot set your lesson time at the same time every week if you have an irregular schedule.
The lessons are set 42 times a year if you are attending a lesson once a week.
We do not normally have classes on Sundays, national holidays and other times that Rivercity English School sets as school holidays. Sometimes we have lessons on national holidays as we set all the classes to be held 42 times a year. Please refer to the school calendar. |

There is no refund or deduction for classes missed for any reasons; however a make up lesson can be arranged with advanced notice.
Only one make up lesson can be arranged per month. Same day cancellation will not be eligible for a make up lesson. It is also possible that no make up lessons can be arranged if there are no suitable classes that can accommodate make up students. |
